This Payment, Refund, Cancellation, and Fulfillment Policy applies to purchases, digital products, consultations, bookings, educational resources, and other paid offerings sold directly through RealFrankAsamoah.com.

1. Payment processing

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment processor. RealFrankAsamoah.com does not directly process or store complete customer payment card credentials.

Prices are presented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. A transaction is not considered complete until the payment processor confirms successful payment.

2. Digital products and educational resources

Digital products may include educational materials, frameworks, workbooks, downloadable resources, toolkits, courses, templates, or related intellectual property. Current offerings may include Fundable by Design™ and The Professional Vault.

Because digital products can be accessed, delivered, copied, or downloaded immediately or shortly after purchase, sales of digital products are generally final once access or fulfillment has been provided.

A refund may nevertheless be considered where the customer was charged more than once for the same transaction, paid but did not receive the purchased product or access, received a product materially different from what was represented at the time of purchase, experienced an obvious technical or billing error, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Refund requests

Refund requests should be sent to info@realfrankasamoah.com and should include the purchaser's name, email address, product purchased, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.

We may request reasonable transaction information necessary to locate and review the purchase. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, or other sensitive credentials by email.

4. Digital product delivery

Digital products may be fulfilled by secure download, email delivery, protected online access, manual delivery, or another method stated on the applicable product page.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for maintaining access to the email account used during checkout. If you successfully pay for a product and do not receive access or delivery instructions within a reasonable period, contact info@realfrankasamoah.com.

5. Consulting, coaching, and strategy services

RealFrankAsamoah.com may offer consulting, strategy, coaching, training, and advisory services. Current website booking conversations may include Strategy Consultation, Speaking Discovery Call, Coaching Conversation, Corporate Training Consultation, Media Interview, Book Discussion, and Partnership Conversation.

A booking displayed as complimentary or priced at $0 does not require payment. If paid consulting or coaching services are introduced in the future, the applicable price, scope, cancellation terms, and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase or engagement.

6. Speaking, corporate training, and organizational engagements

Speaking engagements, corporate training, workshops, consulting engagements, and organizational projects may require separate proposals, contracts, deposits, or invoices. Terms stated in an executed proposal or agreement will control where they differ from this general website policy.

7. Booking cancellations and rescheduling

For complimentary website bookings, please cancel or reschedule as early as reasonably possible if you are unable to attend. Repeated missed appointments, abusive booking behavior, or misuse of the scheduling system may result in booking restrictions.

For any future paid appointment, the cancellation and rescheduling terms disclosed at the time of purchase or contained in a separate written agreement will apply.

8. Missed appointments

If a participant does not attend a scheduled appointment without reasonable notice, RealFrankAsamoah.com may decline to provide priority rescheduling. For paid services, any specific no show terms disclosed before payment or contained in a written agreement will control.

9. Event and speaking cancellations

For speaking, workshops, corporate training, or other event engagements, cancellation terms should normally be established in the applicable contract or proposal. Such terms may address deposits, preparation fees, travel expenses, cancellation deadlines, rescheduling, force majeure, venue changes, or organizer changes.

10. Physical books and merchandise

If physical books, signed copies, bundles, merchandise, or other shipped products are sold directly through RealFrankAsamoah.com in the future, separate shipping and return terms may apply and should be disclosed before those products are activated for direct sale.

Products purchased through third party retailers are subject to the retailer's own payment, shipping, refund, and return policies.

11. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or that a transaction was unauthorized, contact info@realfrankasamoah.com as soon as reasonably possible so the transaction can be reviewed.

12. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Products, prices, availability, booking options, delivery methods, and services may change over time. Material terms applicable to a completed purchase will not be retroactively changed merely because future offerings change.
